Damage Assessment Bielefeld – Your Path to the Expert Report

Six clear steps – from your call to the signed expert report. You always know what happens next.

The 6 steps

01
You

Report the damage

Call us or fill in the contact form. Tell us briefly what happened and where your vehicle is. That is all we need to get started.

02
We

Callback & proposed appointment

We usually get back to you the same day. On the phone we clear up any open questions and propose an appointment – often for the very next day.

03
We

Vehicle inspection & documentation

We come to the agreed location, inspect the vehicle according to a fixed protocol and produce the photo documentation. You are welcome to be there, but you do not have to be.

04
We

Digital file sent to the expert

Photos, vehicle data, damage description and – if available – the accident report are sent as a digital file to our expert partner.

05
Our partner

Report prepared & signed

The accredited expert evaluates the documents, re-inspects the vehicle if needed and prepares the official, signed report.

06
Our partner

Receive the report & next steps

You receive your report along with advice on how to use it with your insurer, a workshop or a solicitor.

Frequently asked questions

Who prepares the official expert report?
The official report is prepared and signed exclusively by an accredited expert. Talha Pekinalp handles the on-site assessment and documentation – the expert evaluation is done by our partner cars-experte.de.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We usually arrange an appointment within 24 hours. Evening and Saturday slots are also available.
Do I need to go to a workshop?
No. We come to you – at home, at work or wherever the vehicle is.
Who pays for the assessment?
In a no-fault accident, the costs are typically covered by the third-party liability insurance. We can advise you on the process – but please note we do not provide legal advice.
I speak little German – is that a problem?
Not at all. Talha advises you in German, Turkish or English. If needed, we also support you linguistically in dealing with the expert.
What if the expert wants to see the vehicle again?
This happens occasionally, for example with hidden damage. The expert will then arrange a short follow-up appointment with you directly.
How long does it take from the call to the finished report?
In most cases you will have your report within three to five working days after the damage assessment. Straightforward cases can be quicker.
What about minor damage?
Repair costs below approximately €750–1,000 count as minor damage. In such cases insurers typically only reimburse a repair estimate rather than a full report. We will advise you on the callback which option makes sense in your case.
What happens after the assessment?
Photos, vehicle data, damage description and – if available – the accident report are forwarded as a digital file to our expert partner cars-experte.de.
Is the report accepted by insurance companies?
Yes. The reports from our partner cars-experte.de are accepted by insurers, courts and authorities.
