Talha Pekinalp is a trained technician who has specialised in vehicle damage assessment. What drives him: many accident victims do not know what steps are needed after a crash — or face language barriers. Talha bridges this gap. He goes to the customer, systematically records the damage and ensures the expert can start the assessment immediately. Alongside his work, Talha studies Industrial Engineering — a degree that helps him better understand the technical and commercial aspects of damage processing. His technical background helps him identify hidden damage that laypeople often miss: warped frame parts, shifted gap measurements or paint anomalies that indicate deeper damage.
