Right of Withdrawal

For distance contracts pursuant to §312c BGB, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from the contract without stating reasons within 14 days of conclusion of the contract. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the withdrawal in good time by email to [email protected] or by post to Talha Pekinalp, Jöllenbecker Straße 140, 33613 Bielefeld.

The right of withdrawal expires early if the service has been fully performed and you have expressly agreed before the start of performance and confirmed that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract (§356 para. 4 BGB).
